As Chief of Strategy, Anup anchors the growth strategy for Exavalu to identify and focus on right product, partner, industry and geography to ensure organization growth.

Anup has over 25 years of experience on various management and leadership functions including Practice Management, Delivery Management, Product Development across multiple platforms with major focus on cloud transformation. He has led the India Salesforce Practice delivery for Cognizant and helped to build a billion dollar run rate practice with his leadership on Strategy, P&L, delivery, Centre of Excellence, solution and IP Development.

As a veteran CRM consultant, Anup has guided multiple Fortune 500 companies in their digital transformation by helping them setting up Centre of Excellence and ensured Delivery Assurance through appropriate development and managed services model.

Anup holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

Goutam Kanjilal leads the Global Delivery-Insurance operations at Exavalu. He is a seasoned technology professional with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry focused on Insurance customers across geographies. Over the years, he has played various management and leadership roles in Insurance Consulting, Market Development, Product Development, Program Delivery, Practice Development, and Delivery Management.

Before joining Exavalu, Goutam was part of Cognizant, where he played various key roles within Insurance practice. Goutam has been involved in several strategic initiatives where he worked closely with global and regional Insurers in their core and digital transformation programs in the Life, Group Benefits, Retirement, and P&C domain.

Goutam holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Prasanna serves as Exavalu’s Chief Revenue Officer. He is an exceptional leader with a proven track record of building and leading successful businesses. Before joining Exavalu, Prasanna built 25 years of experience leading complex sales initiatives across multiple industries. He served as Chief Growth Officer for Tegria, a $500M Providence company. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Capgemini, HTC, Zensar and other leading consulting firms.

Prasanna embodies a strong growth mindset, unwavering integrity, and a commitment to developing the next generation of leaders to support Exavalu’s success.
